Our Story

Our founders spent years on both sides of IT, one inside IT teams, one managing them from the business side. Different seats, same view: IT was always the black sheep. The glue that holds a company together, but nobody ever knew where to put it.

Some companies stuck it under HR because IT handles onboarding and offboarding. Others put it with Legal because of compliance. Others lumped it in with Engineering because the work is technical. No matter where it landed, IT ended up reporting to someone whose real priorities were somewhere else.

Outsourcing should have been the fix but the companies offering it were stuck in the server closet era. Rigid contracts, impersonal service, and zero understanding of how modern companies actually work.
