IT Support Engineer

What You’ll Do:
Support a wide variety of clients and systems while championing our PEOPLE FIRST mission
Share your IT knowledge and expertise across a wide variety of environments and IT systems
Partner with a wide variety of stakeholders to find balanced solutions to complex problems
Research new technologies and proactively communicate the benefits to our team and our clients
Help our team develop innovative ways to scale our products and services so that we can keep up with our clients’ growing demands
Who You Are:
You’re passionate about service - you feel your best when you help people solve their problems.
You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and you use those skills to translate very technical issues in a way that non-technical clients can easily understand them.
You love solving problems and puzzles and you have a knack for troubleshooting things that don’t work as expected.
You absorb chaos and provide a calming presence to clients even when the stakes are high.
You believe that taking projects to the finish line means the client is truly satisfied with the deliverable.
You’re comfortable with (or you’re excited about learning about) all flavors of IT (Macs, Windows, a wide variety of software applications and network technologies).
You probably have at least 1-3 years of experience troubleshooting or supporting complex products or technology or equivalent education
